The Sport of my life
As I announced widely, not just talk about music. For me, "keep moving" has always been something "necessary". Over the years I discovered that it had a value other than "physical", even "psychological". As a kid I played football with some success: then, towards the 14 years I have been dazzled by Judo. I am completely dedicated himself to this discipline. Training lasts up to join the team of the legendary racing Cariplo (is the famous bank!) In Milan. Twenty years I thought I would become someone in the field (maybe a coach). I won the championship and hoped Lombard black belts in the national finals. When everything went to the best of a very bad fracture of the ligaments of his left leg stopped me. Almost a year to recover, and then, of course, I was more myself. I stopped for 2 years (I was only running) then I started again and went ahead, with ups and downs up to 32/33 years. A shift of the house (and some back pain), has convinced me that it was better to focus on something more comfortable. I swam the first floor and the large, 120 tanks 4 / 5 times a week, and I continued to run (a latent passion which I have never abandoned). Suddenly the first forty years I embraced the faith Running, spurred on by some other occasional runner, who invited me to make some small local garetto (called "tapasciata). As always, if I start something I want to deepen it and do it well. I began to study training programs for marathon and gradually I realized that the combination with the power was essential. Morale in a few years I have totally changed my life. This seems so trivial but believe me, it's true. I learned to completely control the sensations of my body, dosarle, to feed with a scientific concept (I understand the laws of the macro and micro nutrients). At the same time I reinforced through practice continuous aerobic (with the race is the only guarantee this), and now my body is lean and organic do not fear stress. Easy recovery from everyday life are able to integrate completely with the seasons (hot or cold worth the same to me, I can go running at 5:30 am also at least 12, as I did and I do) or run with 40 degrees without problems. I do not make an influence for years. I have perfect blood values, with training in the morning I'm 42 beats per minute and heart void. Psychologically, then, was a cure-all: I see things with more objectivity (the selling Holders, which was what I should do some time, and aged just so). At the same step in and back out my athletic verve and FIDAL are now dozens of races and participated in the Italian championships and also with very gratifying results! I mean I really understood what it means to have a healthy lifestyle and I realize that I had never been better in my life. Maybe my experience is a bit 'extreme and I'm not saying that everyone should follow it. But, I think, step by step each of us could improve their lives with small steps.
